These Canterbury rugby shorts are great for both training and matches. Just put them on like regular shorts, and use the drawcord to adjust the waist for a comfortable fit. You can keep your small items like keys or cards in the internal fob pocket, and other stuff in the side and back pockets. When it's time to clean them, turn them inside out and wash them in warm water in the machine. Don't use bleach. You can dry them in the dryer on a cool setting, but don't dry clean them. That way, your shorts will stay in good shape for a long time.
